Kentucky Fried Chicken in Frankfurt

Service is really bad.. they needs new staff maybe Taste pretty good..! But staff is very slow.

If I could give 0 stars I would do this. Wait 50 minutes for a bucket of HotWings with 4 orders in front of my own. FAST FOOD ... If it hadn't been for a card payment - which of course nobody here can cancel - I'd be gone for a long time.

Fast service, food was good but unfortunately too cold

French fries are cold and limp, burgers lukewarm, filet bites cool - that's not how it works if you want satisfied guests

before the big renovation a long time ago everything was better. The coleslaw, the chicken breadcrumbs from the spicy things ... last bought two burgers in the drive, one was almost cold ... the other lukewarm ... that's why two stars (not so good) and not three (everything okay) ...

The food is very freshly prepared and tastes like you are used to from KFC. The only unfortunate thing is that you cannot clarify everything when ordering via the drive in because there is a lot that is not asked. So side dishes are always french fries even if you want something else, or if you prefer to have spicey, this can only be clarified afterwards.

Pick-up possible even during pandemic times. As usual delicious.

The chicken pieces were delicious, but the raw french fries probably only saw the frying fat from afar ?

Pretty crowded and chaotic yesterday. Customer complaints meant that the entire team dealt with this one customer and the processing of the new orders did not make progress. It was no longer noticeable that the customers did not follow the routing.

Not bad for the guys who forgot our order number 241, They said it was a mistake. ??

5 people work. 4 of them are standing around ... people wait forever. Work ethic is something else! Here you could certainly triple sales with motivated staff.

Always good. The staff could be more attentive. Basically 50% of the orders are always wrong, so always check.

I don't know why burgers look like someone drove over them here. At the moment you can unfortunately only order something to take away and at home you have the surprise. Something like this should not be offered to customers in the currently very tense situation in the catering industry.

Crowded and the tables were not clean. It was a Saturday afternoon, however nobody took care of the tables cleanliness. Nobody coordinated the crowd to keep distance while ordering... The food was ok.

You can usually have drinks refilled here. Now allegedly no longer possible because of Corona! The staff also seem to be different now; and not as friendly as before!

I've bought there 3 times and each time we all get sick ... That shouldn't be a coincidence anymore. I'll never buy there again.

Drive in toll

I ordered 2 burgers, the bbq crunch and the chilli cheese. Both burger buns were hard like they has sat there for 2 hours. HOWEVER I also got a chocolate milkshake which was AMAZING. 3/5

When McDonalds is not around, KFC can pass.

Service very bad German (it saves on staff) Order issued wrong and very overwhelmed. Wanted my baby to wrap in the changing room that was so dirty that I preferred to wrap it in the car Cleanliness zero. Will never visit this company again who knows what the kitchen looks like in the back. He'll never eat there again

rude and unprofessional staff; we got wrong order, and the guy(I assume he is the team manger or so) didn't want to change it pretending we were not clear in the order (here i'm talking about switchin pommes with maize, not sth big). after insesting that we ordered correctly, he gave up but kept talking about us and murmuring to the colleagues. the bad behaviour came only from that guy to be honest, but i saw that he did a lot of order mistakes while we were eating.

They can't handle orders above 4 persons...

Frequently packed but food average and borderline unethical (Hotwings Tuesday). The chicken meat they use is better than at McDonald’s but it’s still unhealthy because it’s all breaded.

Menus are different not as good as they used to be

What you would expect

It's a nice place to eat at pretty comfortable and they have refills :) a normal KFC as you know them not perfect but also not bad. The food is pretty good.
